ah, so when I stamp back in it would only be until my original entry stamp valid to date? I don't get stamped in for 60 days again?

OK, so it is doable. Meaning I could get and extra 90 (60+30) days on the last day the visa is valid.

check with the airline. I was in the same situation, had a 60 day tourist visa and a 90 day return ticket. Flew with Thai Airways without any issues of needing to show onward travel within 60 days.

but your way, you wouldn't get the nearly 270 days. If you leave on the last day and reenter, you'd only get nearly 240. I think 🤔

just an update, even if not vaccinated, you don't need a hotel stay for the thai pass. Provided a negative test 72 hrs prior
