Can I transfer my Non-O retirement visa and multiple entry stamp to a new passport while in Thailand?

I picked it up that he was planning to apply, so if he got a new passport before applying then the visa would be in the new passport. Admittedly, I'm not sure of his use of terminology. Maybe he already has a 90 day visa and is meaning a year extension 🤷‍♂️

ah, so when I stamp back in it would only be until my original entry stamp valid to date? I don't get stamped in for 60 days again?

OK, so it is doable. Meaning I could get and extra 90 (60+30) days on the last day the visa is valid.

I flew thai airways with a 90 return on a 60 day evisa. Nothing was mentioned.

check with the airline. I was in the same situation, had a 60 day tourist visa and a 90 day return ticket. Flew with Thai Airways without any issues of needing to show onward travel within 60 days.
