your tm 30 may have been handled without your know fyi. They could have looked you up, saw a few bkk addresses from hotels on various tm 30 and said good enough. Or have you been in other places alot outside bkk. These details are more helpful than you know to some of the experts on here

did you need proof of an appointment with immigration and a copy of your email to your embassy asking for and being denied a letter?

Yes get them to correct it. Print out a copy. Take it with you. Go to immigration real early since you may have to wait in both a tm30 line and a extension line

Can you pick up an immigration under consideration stamp earlier than the scheduled date?

Closed it out exactly one day early. Some slight of hand was used to hide the date to get past the first two rounds of checks. Made my case to the third person giving out que numbers. After consulting with someone, they gave me a que number. No further questions were asked.

some hotels don't do a good job of filling. I know for sure the LA 49 hotel files correctly because it was the only one showing up in the computer system for me since april...
