What should I do if my landlord's TM 30 submission proof is not found by immigration?

So I am having a problem where my landlord says they filed TM 30 and immigration says they have not. LL provided the attached screen shot. Does anything look wrong here with the TM 30 submission "proof". Trying to figure out why immigration can't find this on their end.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reported an issue with their landlord not being able to confirm a TM 30 submission with immigration. The landlord provided a screenshot as proof, but immigration claims there is no record of it. Comments suggest taking a printout of the proof to immigration as evidence and inquiring if the user was on a visa exemption or tourist visa.

Were you on a visa exemption or tourist visa?

When you file a TM30 it doesn't make any difference what entry they used to come in to the country

entered on visa exemption

That looks like a real "search" for a TM30 that was filed

Dunno why immigrations wouldn't have it when they looked in the system.

Do a print out of it and use that as proof..

i had the exact same issue today at MTT. Was sent to building K to print off a copy of my TM30 as no record in the immigration computer.

how did you resolve it

the lady lady sent me an electronic copy of the TM30 confirmation on line at the time of registration (September). I was sent to building J? to print off a copy of this confirmation & then return to building K. Was fairly painless to resolve.

did tm 30 department have you in the computer already or did you have to supply lots of documents

no they couldn't find my record, so had to print off a manual copy

Did your landlord fill it in but not "save" it? Happened to me in Samui earlier this year.

Excellent observation

If your land lord went into the system, entered the data BUT didn't press the "floppy disc" icon in the top right of the screen it didn't save it at all and erased as soon as they exited the system.

my assistant called their friends in immigration in another province. They confirmed what bkk said, that I am not listed at my current place. Could my records some how have gotten split into multiple profiles?
