almost always faster in sketch bnb situations to find the cheapest hostel you can, check in and keep a copy of the tm 30, then take that to immigration. You can report them to airbnb, for them to force them but it takes too long.

I had a legal 1 month airbnb, so out of the grey zone, and still could not self file with the airbnb receipt. Requested a supervisor even and she said it doesn't list the required info for a thai lease. I reported the problem to air bnb since they could easily add the missing pieces, but haven't done so. So the answer is definitely no in bkk.

bring a copy of the tm30. They usually can't find it for some reason, but will staple the print out to your application

30 days exempt, 30 day extension, amnesty, applied for original embassy extension, that got a bonus 30 days for being a good boy and doing my papers, then 60 day covid extensions until now. Not a single 90 day report.

please do, because if they started requiring it, that would be a huge change of policy, but anything could happen after the end of March when current rules expire

not special. Been here a year on covid extensions via MTT, not a single 90 day report. I actually wish I could do one, because it would make residence certificates easier
