you can have a company, but without the Thai employees paying taxes and social security you can’t get a work permit or visa off it. I also have a company but I’m on a non o Thai spouse visa. That might work for you.
That happened to me back in September. I booked a hotel and then the next day I got an email from Expedia explaining to me that the hotel has been closed and my money was returned. And I also received a 20% off coupon.
I brought my sons ashes back to Thailand and the funeral home did the paperwork for me. Also make sure the marker, a small metal coin like thing is in the urn. That has a number on it that will match the number on the documents. Hand carry the urn and notify them when you check in and at security. Coming into Thailand they didn’t check anything.
If people did what they were supposed to do last time and go get tested on day 5-6 then this wouldn’t have happened. Plus the people that did and the test came back positive never reported to the hospital like they were supposed to. So this is the consequence
if you are admitted. They claim directly from the insurance company. Most insurance companies anyway. I’ve lived in Thailand for a long time and never paid in advance
