exactly what Jay Eusey said as every bank will be different. But you will 100 % need a resident certificate from immigration, and it may be best to visit them and ask what they need to get one.

rubbish statement, if you detail are correct and you had spent 10 mins going to the bank to update everything, then you shouldnt have a problem. It's been in the media for months saying please update your phone number and details
