Arrived other day. Showed IO at Subvarnabhumi wasn't interested. I have O visa and done online QR. Maybe because 3 guys in front of me arrived without doing this got told go back and do before entry. I'm always organised and know what's required, make it easy for them and myself

I have done 3 TDAC thus far 1st 5 minutes, second one about the same, the last one took 20 minutes. which is unacceptable and rude. The scroll down menu would lock up and then I got an error message, this happened 3 times. I had to backup a step and try again. The Singapore equivalent takes me less than one minute

if you start a Thai real estate business and meet all the criteria and staff with monthly expenses then yes by all means do it If you skirt the rules by using a visa or visa exemption stamp then you will run into problems

I entered yesterday this being my second application ,,,
checkin staff on this occasion at Doha initially asked I complete the process and show the barcode before checking in for the flight but I informed them not necessary to be completed prior to checking in, so no issue.
My first application when I entered a couple days after the procedure started, I didnβt receive the barcode but had note of the ref number which wasnβt required by immigration anyway since they hold all the info in the system.

nonsense, it's free and can be done easily by yourself. Agents are good for all your visa issues but this one isn't a visa, just a straight forward digital arrival card.
