Dainius Indilas I think you are one confused Guy and are not getting what everyone is trying to tell you. Paying for a wedding won't get you a visa, paying for a house won't get you a visa. Depends on your passport if you can come free or not, but soon immigration will say get a visa 😔

well I am a tax resident of Australia and after speaking to my accountant, a Thai lawyer and a accountant, i think I'm all good. But you are Canadian so maybe your situation is different to mine.
