No same same plus some more they add to the list since last year. Plus they want to come home to your house two times as well.

The Pattaya office requires my owner's house book, contract, ID card, and additional documents for the visa application process. They also sent me back to update my TM30 two times. But that is the Pattaya office. Like Tod saying, if you outside big cities like Mae Sot, they might not care that much.
