i transfer money from Revolut Ultra account to my girl friend Thai bank account . She then send it to my Truemoney account.

This is all free . Only cost i have is the change euro to baht. With Revolut Ultra this is fee free.

You where then lucky in BELGIUM . Normal processing time is 6 to 8 weeks.

My DTV took 7 weeks. Just look at remarks on Thai embassy in Brussels website.
