TLDR : Answer Summary
The author reports visiting immigration in Pattaya with a Swedish passport, where they were informed that they qualify for the Covid-19 visa amnesty until April 30. There is some confusion among expats regarding the eligibility of Non-O visa holders under this amnesty, but the author confirms being told affirmatively by immigration officers. A related comment seeks clarification on the purpose of the visit to immigration, asking if it was for an extension of stay based on supporting a child or visiting family.
