TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM7 form is not related to the 90-day report; the correct form for that is TM47. The online 90-day reporting can be done through a specific website, but troubleshooting may be necessary if issues arise. Suggestions include ensuring all information is entered correctly and disabling browser settings that could interfere with the process. It's also important to stay within the proper reporting timeframes.

Any timelines for online reporting? I.e needs to be done xx days before the reporting deadline/date?

Between the due date, and 15 days before

Since I know questions about HOW to do the 90 day report online is going to pop up...

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re within the proper timeframe, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

Im waiting for the approval of a 90 day non o visa based on retirement and wondering if i can do my first 90 day report online or if i will have to do it in person (or letter). thanks

The first 90 day report must be done either in person, or via the mail. You can not do the first 90 day report online.

@Benjamin *****
Does that mean the first 90 day report for a new visa needs to be done in person first and then can be done online there after?

What do you mean by "new visa"?

Any should work. I recommend trying (in this order):

-Firefox

-Chrome

- Safari

- Internet Explorer (if you're using Windows, and IF Microsoft didn't remove it from your computer)

First times means first time in this year I did it a few years ago.

means first time in person means the first time for for this new visa/eextension or the reason you now do 90 day reporting.

The TM7 (application for extension) form has nothing to do with a 90 day report. If you do it in person you use a TM47 and the online website to file is here
