I have a O Child extension and it should be renewed in July, is there a number of days you should go before and start the process? They always send me home at least 4 times to get documents they never need.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Renewing an O Child visa extension should ideally be done 30 to 45 days before the expiration date, depending on the specific office. It's recommended to visit the office ahead of time to get a list of required documents to prepare properly, which can help avoid unnecessary trips.

Some offices 45 days, others 30 days before the last date mentioned in your passport.

Visit the office, ask the hand out with requirements and prepare before you apply, saves a lot of travelling.
