if you married and a letter from your wife should be possible than he would have 15 month to get his things together...

but he could get a multiple one with no problem and no problems with timing...depending on the priorities he has

that would be no problem if you get a non-o multiple and go out of Thailand after the first 90 days (let's assume that until than the quarantine is out of picture...
