TLDR : Answer Summary
For a multiple entry visa in Thailand, you do not need a re-entry stamp; you can enter as many times as you like during the visa's validity period. However, it's important to calculate whether the costs and requirements of a multiple entry visa are justified compared to single entry visas, especially since a multiple entry visa has a higher fee and stricter application process. If your visa is still valid, you can re-enter; if it's under an extension, re-entry may not be allowed.

Thanks Visa is OK for one year.

If the VISA is still valid it's ok, if you're on an extension it's no go

Or during the "Admitted until" period if visa is expired.

No. But do your math to find out if it’s worth the much steeper visa fee (and stricter application requirements) - or if single entry visa back to back are the cheaper and easier option.

No. Enter as many times as you like during the validity period of the visa.
