 in bkk bank Phuket they told me you can open on exemption or any visa when you are married or have property in Thailand

 you van easily have on a work permit or retirement visum if you pay about 20-30 % upfront On DTV I don't think so

When you are married or have property, you can open even if you don't have long term visa At least that's what they told me at Bangkok bank in Phuket .. if you have non o, there should never be a problem
