It's just info I've read. I read not need police certification here. In uk had to pay lawyer to sign docs. Pay 2 nights hotel London train fair. Easier in Thailand.

I don't think you can.

I got an OA in uk a pain. I was lucky my Doctor said they don't do medical certificates he did a persnal one and said give a tip for the nurses Christmas party. I'm going to cancel it and get an O in Thailand so I don't need insurance and change my renewal date. I made mistake my OA extension is in July UK summer. I can get better insurance from uk on an O visa.

If you can afford it get one if you want one. If you cant don't bother. I live in Pattaya don't need one don't want one. In UK get 2 don't need 2 but want 2 can afford 2 for 2 months a year. Ha ha a lot of 2s. I'm not allowed 2 girl friends.

I made the mistake of thinking a day was 24 hours but 1 minute to midnight is 1 day. Fined and fingerprinted.

Buy a cheap phone put bank card sim in it and make sure it's on roaming to receive text.
