getting this payment failed pop-up message every time, I'ts so frustrating can anyone help me with this problem?

"Payment failed or cancelled" - message appearing over and over. Everything else is submitted. I've tried multiple cards from multiple banks, same error message. Anyone else had this issue and what did they do to resolve? I am in Hanoi.

I have very disturbing problem.

I can not use My bank cards for online to buy ticets or something else.

Bank sending one time code to my Australian or Turkish phones.

But here I use an Thailand number and I can not reach my phones to get code.

I have sim cards of both phone numbers.

You guys having similar problem like me?
