Crazy I no many in the same situation even though they have paid agents thinking it would be approved faster 🤔

having a paid agents won’t make it faster. It’s down to the decision making office, which is in India, for some reason 🤦‍♂️ Agents just know what the decision makers want to see, so you’re less likely to get rejected.

It depends where you apply for it. My understanding is that they provide one after two days in a nearby island in Malaysia.

Took six weeks for my wife's Irish visa to be approved, which is about 2 weeks longer than usual, but then the visa has been approved as multiple entry, valid until December 2025!!! Fantastic!! She then got her Shengen visa approved in 3 working days, also amazing!!
James *********
Jesus, that's a bit rich. My wife's Irish visa also cost only THB400 as I am Irish.

I didn't know that thank you worth knowing.

@Kevin *******
problem is, since BREXIT, it takes a very long time now to issue an Irish passport to a new applicant, and the documentary requirements are very strict. I believe you would need your Grandma's birth certificate and your parent on your Grandma's side also
James *********
If she was Irish then you would qualify for an Irish passport and your Thai wife would only pay THB400 for her tourist visa
