Depending the location you maybe able to open an account yourselves, especially as you already owe a property, you need to first register a TM30 on arrival, then ask for a residence certificate from immigration. If all fails please PM me for a excellent contact who can help you

if you read thru the comments you would see they will have the necessary funds once their home is sold, so yes need an agent to help. Have you ever meet an agent, many are very education, helpful and even pay your taxi to meet up!
