I bank with Kasikorn BK and I have moved to 2 different provinces since I opened the account in 2002. I never had any problems with getting information for Immigration office.

I don't know about Jomtien. In Sakon Nakhon they require the bank letter must be drafted the day of application.

I went in person to the embassy to renew my passport and got it in 5 work days. You might want to call for information.

A single entry is 1900 and a multiple entry is 3800. You can get it the same day you get your extension is approved. It's common to get under consideration stamp for a non O marriage visa. I wouldn't be too concerned about approval, if they gave you a UC stamp.
