But I have been in Thailand for the past 5 years due to being married to a Thai national, multiple O for the 3 years then 2 year marriage extensions, our marriage is over, but she won't divorce me for some reason, I just need to stay here for 2 months, until I sort everything out. Do you think I will be refused entry if I got a tourist visa? I have all my marriage papers, I could easily get a non O because my wife won't divorce me, but I don't want to go down that route. So do you think I could enter Thailand, say by a land border with Laos? Without any problems?
