Anonymous participant ok I'm confused too. On returning from your home country the 90-day "clock" restarts when you are stamped back into Thailand. Where is your Condo located? You did a TM30 last time you entered thailand, correct? If this is a different place than Bangkok THIS TM30 is the one to use and you go to the IO in the provinces your condo is located. So I still don't understand why you didn't file the 90-day report online which is the simplest, unless this is your 1st 90-day report.

yes but not on a DTV. Retirement extension. They only people that may worry is the airline so ask them in advance. If they want a flt out of Thailand buy a cheap onward ticket
