TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon returning to Thailand after leaving for a week, you can receive another 60-day visa exemption. However, it's important to note that if you repeat this process multiple times, immigration officers may scrutinize your case further.

Yes, you will get next 60 days visa exemption. But, when you do it a 3rd time, Imm officer may question you.

Thanks, but no one has actually answered the question.

Will I get another 60 day visa EXEMPT on FLYING back in to Thailand?

I am aware that I can do a border run and get 30 days.

I intend going to Vietnam for a week.

you don’t have to do a border run to get the additional 30 days, you get that extension in any immigration office. After that you have to leave the country & re enter for another 60 days exemption but that is at the discretion of the immigration officer you get on the day

@ANONYMOUS MEMBER its a VISA EXEMPT for 60 days. Then apply for a 30-day visa extension and do a border bounce with a company. You should be ok but as always up to immi
Lynnette *******
You won't get a visa. But can enter for 60 days without a visa on entry ( visa-exempt).

You fly in and get 60 days visa exempt, not a visa. You can extend that exemption another 30 days. Then you must leave the country

@Stephen ********
yes you do 👍🏻

@Stephen ********
that is at the discretion of the immigration officer on the day. But you shouldn’t have a problem doing this once, but you may well have a problem trying it a third time
David ******
