Good luck then, I once asked FWD and their response was as follows:

The FWD GI COVID Inbound Plan C has a combined limit of THB 3,500,000 applied to Outpatient and Inpatient benefits for COVID-19 illness only.

Book fully refundable hotels on agoda or booking.com

I think ED visa is better than STV. STV cannot be changed to another visa and must leave Thailand after it expires.
