Here's the deal. If you travel somewhere and show your passport, then you can presume that your location is being registered with Immigration. If that address doesn't match the address on your application (when you go to make your extension), then you're going to have a hard time. If you travel somewhere and show your passport, you will be caught and fined at Chaeng Wattana. It's that simple.

And with Brexit, it's all going to get worse...

If you do not need to meet Immigration to extend your visa, there are no harsh consequences for not filing.

well, their handout of required docs says nothing about this.

When I went to Chaeng Wattana to do this last week, they told me that my photos of us together were unacceptable because they could not be selfies.
