Why was my 90-day report rejected while under visa extension consideration?

Hey gang. My 90-day report was rejected and I don't know why.

I'm on a non-immigrant O visa (marriage), which has been extended once already. I am currently "Under Consideration" for another extension (stamped through August 25), which means I submitted all my paperwork (and already had my police visit).

I've been doing my 90-day reports online without problems, but my last report was rejected. The email doesn't give a reason, and the website doesn't offer any help, either.

Was this rejected because I'm currently under consideration for my visa extension?

I suppose I have to go visit the Immigration Office, but should I be prepared to show any documents other than my passport? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced a rejection of their 90-day report while under consideration for a visa extension on a non-immigrant O visa due to a possible discrepancy with the entry valid until date. It was identified that updating the report with the current 'under consideration' stamp resolved the issue, allowing for approval upon resubmission.

Congrats to OP to have done with online reporting. With that note, this post is closed.

I figured it out. The website is so easy now...you just enter your passport number and the country, then hit search to fill out the form with your information. Except it was using my old "entry valid until" date...but now that I have an under consideration stamp, that date has changed. So I resubmitted my 90-day report with the date from my under consideration stamp, and it was approved.

Did you leave the country?

Sometimes in some immigration officees, when you go for your extension, they also complete the 90day report for you. Did they perhaps maybe do this. Is there afresh slip of paper in your passport? For the 90 day report?

If it doesn't say in the email why it was rejected.

If your report is rejected you can re-apply and try again online.

Otherwise you'll have to go in person and apply.

Unless the immigration office told you to do anything (like update your bank book and copy it) when you go back on the date the under consideration stamp comes up to get the extension inked in, just show up with your passport and that blue/green receipt that shows you paid 1900baht for the extension.
