Can I obtain a residency certificate from Chaeng Wattana with a multiple-entry Non-O immigrant visa based on marriage if I am not doing 90-day reports?
I've read through some recent posts, and I just want to confirm I have this correct.
Presuming I have a multiple-entry non-o immigrant visa based on marriage, I CANNOT get a residency certificate from Chaeng Wattana because I am not doing 90-day reports with this visa. Therefore, I must go to my embassy to get this document.
Is this true?
