yeah i got an exemption from home affairs to leave the country for at least 3 months..

I have been coming to Thailand for a few years now ,so the government knows i go to Thailand every month (pre-covid).

mainly because i got an exemption to be put of country (Australia) for at least 3 months. STV gives me 3 months at least..

But i was thinking just going on a normal TR visa and extend later if thats pretty easy to do..

The STV definitely has some hoops to jump through

My mate that i work with in Australia got an exemption to leave Australia to go to bali. His exemption is based on being out of the country for 3 months or longer. We both work FIFO and commute from abroad he is Bali im in Thailand, i will try for the same exception in January. Just letting you guys know its possible to leave at least if you can prove its 3 months or longer..
