Kota Bharu/Malaysia, Vientiane/Laos and Savannakhet/Laos should be OK, provided your paperwork is in order and you do not have that particular comment on previous Tourist Visa from Pretoria.

after 60 plus 30, as you said,you can do border run for 30 plus 30, usually you have to leave the country, but you could still get another 7 days extension (actually a denial) at Immigration.If that not suit your timeline leave and get another 30 days entry stamp.

Unfortunate that is not possible. They are able to link both passport together. As we can not take it further I'll close comment.

And NO ONE can you get removed from Black list, only your wife can file a Petition, but you need to wait for 5 years before that process can be started, but 3 years prison is steep.
