TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is facing challenges re-entering Thailand after being extradited to the UK for tax evasion, resulting in a blacklist that could last up to 100 years. Community members suggest that only the person's spouse can file a petition for removal after a waiting period of 5 years. Finding a knowledgeable lawyer in Thailand is also recommended, as they may assist in navigating the complex process. The responder community highlights the difficulty of this situation and the importance of persistent efforts.

an idea: Change your name and get a new passport with the new name

Unfortunate that is not possible. They are able to link both passport together. As we can not take it further I'll close comment.

And NO ONE can you get removed from Black list, only your wife can file a Petition, but you need to wait for 5 years before that process can be started, but 3 years prison is steep.

after 5 years she can file a Petition at this Office. BTW change passport or change name will not help you.

There is a lawyer showing on Google who claim they have helped people with getting removed from the blacklist.

I know we usually can't share names of such things but my Google search term was just keywords...

lawyer Thailand guarantee blacklist

You can ask you wife to visit that office again and get information how and where to go to appeal against that black list period.

It has always been 5 years before they accept the Petition.

Is there a lawyer in the world than can guarantee the outcome of a trail?

But if you get a lawyer you know what it’s like it’s money after money I don’t mind if they can guarantee it ??? Do you think they could be a lawyer with ways and means
Robert *******
In that case you need to find a good lawyer in Thailand and try to get you off that blacklist. There is no way you can get into Thailand in an official way with a 100 year black list period on your name.

No Robert haven’t tried to come back but I know 100 percent I’m on the list my wife has being to black list office in Bk and gave all the paper work to say my case is finished they refused me but they said keep trying by the way it’s a 100 year black list

They won't let you in as in your entry is denied by section 12, see attachment nr 11 or do you have a black list stamp in your passport?

If you don't mind answering how much was it for? And I'm guessing even after being banged up for 3 years you still owe.

I made sure I was upto date before moving here but now owe landlord taxes back home.

Good luck with getting it sorted though. Fcking hate paying tax lol

For extradition and 3 years in jail must have been serious

I'm curious myself... never heard of such cases before tbh. (But that doesn't mean they don't exist ofc.)
