Bupa has changed to Aetna

It’s giving way to the cars on the right. The roundabout is probably a right hand drive invention and it does away with traffic lights then. But in Singapore where the place have high traffic we also invented traffic lights within the roundabout. In traffic rules - it’s much to encourage giving way or always giving way to the car coming from the right.
