TLDR : Answer Summary
The post seeks recommendations for health insurance providers in Thailand that cover accidents, emergency care, general health issues including dengue, and COVID-19, specifically aimed at expats from the UK. Multiple comments suggest various insurance companies such as Cigna, AXA, Bupa/Aetna, and Pacific Cross. Users emphasize the need to consider budget, coverage specifics (inpatient vs outpatient), and whether the provider is a reputable choice among expats. The dialogue also touches on the importance of thorough research and the potential pitfalls of pre-existing condition clauses in insurance plans.
Healthy wealthy, Thai insurance also recommended by Thai government. No need to go to hospital, just fill in the application form....also good for Retirement Visa.
i'm in a similar boat. as a 37 year old with no health issues, i'm looking for lowest cost for the required covid coverage. don't mind paying a bit more for a company with a solid reputation. will be in Thailand but may visit other countries in Asia, when possible

I have insurrance that covers inpatient only. It includes Dengue and Covid-19 but I don't want to recommend them because I have never had to use them.
But when you start searching for Expat Insurrance they will be one of the first to pop up. They are not one of the huge companies and their reviews are mostly positive. But they will NOT, under any circumstances, cover pre-existing conditions.
That seems to be the biggest issue people have with them.
But it gets me across the borders and I am pretty sure it will get me in the doors of a hospital.
Seriously, if you're going to take the effort to make a sarcastic comment, trying to insult someone for what you perceive to be their lack of knowledge about the Internet, it would be kinda neat if you spelled things right.
