I obtained mine through dental surgery ut needed to show medical certificate with stamp and singed by a doctor at first appointment card was rejected

i have 3 appointments over a long space of time due to my work is 3 months on 1 month off and like i say i submitted 3 appoiment cards ans they did not acept that sent a med cert with appointment and dental opreation details from the doctor singed and stamped and was aproved

yes multiple appointments over 4 appointments 2 are operations a tooth extraction is not quite justified as needed to be done in thialand over 5 years is it but good luck trying
