Don't worry. My Thai wife deals frequently with different government agencies and their online tools. They normally either dont work or ard offline or "oh that browser doesnt work' or something else. Or it sits "In process" until she finally calls and then they tell her to come into their office.

I just recently did mine at Samut Prakan. We got the "We are still married" letter from our local Amour and immigration accepted it. They required 4 photos. 3 inside and 1 outside showing the house number.
