Did anyone return to Thailand after a 1-year blacklist? I seriously ask those who lived it, those who are there just to reprimand what I did you can go!

Will DTV be rejected if I’ve been rejected from Thailand as a tourist before and stayed in a holding cell etc.

I was recently denied entry in BKK due to using the visa exemption on entry too many times. I’m now back in the Uk where I am a citizen.

I did left the kingdom twice last year, each time reset my visa.

I emailed the Thai embassy in London to ask if I could apply for a DTV visa (soft power) and they replied with a very confusing message. They stated I may not be approved for the DTV and that I should apply for a tourist visa. They also said my name is on a blacklist with local immigration.

I have never heard of someone being blacklisted after a denied entry, only after overstays (I have never) or breaking the law. Could it be the email is misunderstood with regards to the phrasing?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, I love spending time in the kingdom and have been a genuine tourist the whole time. Not working etc…

Hi

I had a vulnteer visa during covid, and then you extended it to me many times.

2 years ago, I left and went back after 6 months and they didn't let me go back in.

I did not overstay. I had legit stamps during covid and exited with no issues. When I went back they asked where did you vulenteer and I got nervous and didnt explain well since I didnt. So they got pissed.

Now 2 years passed and I got a new passport. Can I come back or am I black listed?

Thanks

Hello everyone,

By mistake I got into 22days of overstay. I went to the immigration office in Samui and they gave me an extension which has mentioned my overstay(picture attached) .

Does anyone know if I'll be able to come back to Thailand or will I be blacklisted?? Any way of avoiding this ?

What would you do ?

Thanks a bunch 🙏🌷
