TLDR : Answer Summary
When renewing a NON-O Thai spouse visa at Samut Prakan immigration, it is essential to note that the TM7 form must be obtained directly from immigration as the online version is no longer valid. You'll need to provide multiple documents including family photos (selfies are not allowed), updated marriage certificates, and financial statements. Specific details about the required paperwork, including quantity and presentation format for photos, have been shared by community members who have gone through the process recently.

I just recently did mine at Samut Prakan. We got the "We are still married" letter from our local Amour and immigration accepted it. They required 4 photos. 3 inside and 1 outside showing the house number.

I've just realised I'm on a completely different visa, I'm on a non-o multiple entry dependency visa. So I border bounce every 3 months for a year then I extend. Would the same documents be needed for this kind of visa?

Most people just visit the bank and ask for the letter needed for Immigration.
AliJames *****
Thank you by the way

How do I get the letter from the bank?

yes sorry คคคคคค

Those marriage certificates you're talking about are K R forms ;) ค.ร.๒ & ค.ร.๓ not G R :O

You need a new KR 2 from the amphur office next door and you need the original KR 3 with the rose border around it.

we should have the new version of the TM.7 in the "Files" section under the name FillableTM7form.pdf
AliJames *****
Could you provide a full list of paperwork needed please? I have my renewal at Samut Prakan coming up in a couple of weeks.

@Tod ********
yes correct. Just want to inform that doing selfies is not allowed anymore.

Last year it was.

most immigration offices require photos of you and your wife (w/kids if you have them) standing in front of the address numbers of where you live, you and your wife sitting in the house on the sofa or at the table, a few of the wedding if you have them, an hand drawn map to your house, etc
Tom *********
Can the family pictures be printed on to regular paper from your phone or do they need to be actual individual photos on photo paper ?

Thank You
