Not a fan of big cities- I hated Bangkok until I learned to accept it and embrace it as a necessary part of Thai island life.

Only been to Shanghai airport once and it was a terrible layover with no wifi and no good wine 🍷

Another trick is to remember that there are 3 separate immigration lines. If the closest one to my arrival gate is busy I usually walk to the next one where the line is shorter. Usually still end up waiting at the baggage carousel.
