I entered the kingdom with my wife on a 90 day NonO visa. Is it possible to get a 30 day extension for that visa?

Anyone done that?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A 30-day extension is not possible for a Non-O visa as it is designated for tourists. Instead, you are eligible for a 60-day extension under the 'visiting Thai family' category or a 1-year extension based on the reason for your Non-O visa, specifically relating to your marriage to a Thai citizen.

No, it's not possible. A 30 day extension is a tourist extension, and you did not enter as a tourist so you cannot get a tourist extension.

If you entered on a non-O based on marriage, you only have 2 extensions available to you.

A 60 day "visiting Thai family" extension based on your Thai spouse.

A 1-year extension of stay based on whatever reason your non-O was issued for.

We’re building a house which will be completed really close to the 90 days.

I only need another 30 days then can go home to pay for the house.
