TLDR : Answer Summary
The easiest way for a foreign spouse to open a bank account in Thailand is to obtain a Non-O visa based on marriage, which requires leaving Thailand and applying at a Thai embassy. While some users suggested that it might be possible to open an account with a tourist visa by providing a marriage certificate, this is generally not the norm. Most users recommend getting the proper visa before attempting to open a bank account as tourists are typically not eligible.

What is your nationality because it may be possible to get a marriage visa with an income affidavit from your Embassy (if your Immigration Office accepts this) then with that visa you can open a bank account?
KTB gave me bank account 2 weeks ago on a tourist visa, i needed to bring with me the original marriage certificate and you need to open it 15 days before your visa expires.
If you want to convert to a non-o Marriage visa in Thailand you need to show a deposit certificate, even if you apply with a income affidavit from your embassy.
You need a long term visa first. That means you need to leave Thailand and apply for a non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai from a Thai embassy before returning. With the non-O visa you'll be able to open a bank account.
Right now you're a tourist, and tourists are not eligible for bank accounts.
