 Bro FYI, KYC is not an Indian term.

I have seen it at places like Binance, Stripe, PayPal, Citi Bank, JP Morgan. Just to name a few.

 Understood. For a regular bank account, I have been able to do reKyc online several times in the past - using Aadhar authentication and basic information.

Same might apply to NRE account. maybe - not sure.

You might also consider checking Indian banks operating in Thailand catering to NRIs.

Well I am on DTV and working as a digital nomad and I am not sure if I qualify for, or need a NRE bank account. 🤔

Anyway, most private banks these days offer means for online KYC from internet banking or mobile apps.
