I doubt getting a new passport will solve problems with Visa Stamps. Everything goes on computers & biometrics used these days will store anything from your past travels etc into Thailand.
while keeping in mind your response here, in particular your last sentence, I have a question, as I've read another comment about getting PR in Thailand:
Do you have to have been working in Thailand (3yrs or whatever) to gain PR, if you are married to a Thai woman, or does just being married to a Thai woman allow you to apply? If things work out as I would like, I would move to Thailand in 2025, marry my Thai ladyfriend and most likely be applying for a Non-O based on marriage. Do you know the answer to that?
if you're not aware, start your monthly deposited 13 months before your extension is due, so that you are certain to have 12 deposits showing on your statement. This came up in another post, maybe in another group in the past few days. The Poster had done 12 deposits, but found himself 1 short on his statement when coming to do his extension. I think this might be what you meant when saying.
from reading a lot of other posts in this and one other Thailand related Facebook group, I would say that you're "very interested in getting educated in Muay Thai or Thai language", because that's what you've read that others have done that, or suggested that, as a way to stay longer in Thailand than on true Tourist Visas or Visa Exempt. I've been reading in the couple of groups I've followed for almost a year now, that ED Visas are being clamped down on because of misuse, or people who've had one in the past, are heavily scrutinised or refused by Immigration when trying to enter the country as tourists at a later date.
Are the trains and buses (and roads) as good, or better than Thailand's? I took a train from Nakhon Sawan to Bangkok last year on my way home to Australia and the rocking of the carriages was almost enough to shake me off the seat (just a slight exaggeration, but they were bad compared to trains where I live).
best to search for the Thailand Embassy or Consulate in your country for that information. It's easy enough. Without knowing what country you're in, nobody can tell you that information
part of the problem, from reading many Posts in Thailand related Facebook groups, seems to be that many people only go out of Thailand to a neighbouring country for long enough to get a new Visa or Stamp. Do those going back and forth between Thailand and it's neighbouring countries spend as much time in those countries, as they do in Thailand, I wonder 🤷🏼♂️
