Does anyone know if both my husband and I need to individually apply for permanent residency? Or if we can apply together? IE we both need to be working for 3 years, or we both need our own individual 10M investment?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Both you and your husband need to apply for permanent residency individually, as the requirements depend on your individual circumstances, such as employment duration or investment amount. It's recommended to seek assistance from groups focused on Thai citizenship for detailed guidance.

Maybe try the "Thai Citizenship Group", you should get good advice on the PR process there

Permanent residency is dependent on your own individual circumstances. It can be done. Not particularly easy but a bit out of the scope of this group to advise.

while keeping in mind your response here, in particular your last sentence, I have a question, as I've read another comment about getting PR in Thailand:

Do you have to have been working in Thailand (3yrs or whatever) to gain PR, if you are married to a Thai woman, or does just being married to a Thai woman allow you to apply? If things work out as I would like, I would move to Thailand in 2025, marry my Thai ladyfriend and most likely be applying for a Non-O based on marriage. Do you know the answer to that?

Not really up on PR requirements but I believe you need to have had three consecutive years of a non immigrant visa/extensions.

Have a read here.
