I uploaded bank statement twice and it worked fine... So yeah exactly what Lisa above has said is the way I did mine and it came back in 2 days. Good luck

ahh sorry mate I'm must of read it wrong

KLM allows 12kg hand luggage and 23kg checked luggage with Economy class tickets. So a nice 35kg in total.

no exact same documents needed. Are you fully vaccinated? And have insurance that covers Covid over $?

The only difference between the two are if you choose test and go you can do your day 5 PCR test in a different location. Sandbox you just stay in same location/Hotel for the first 7 days. For you if your planning on being in Phuket for 7 days sandbox will work exactly the same as test and go

OK that may be a problem we may have to put the flights back a little. We have just got the recovery pass. But hey its only another 2 weeks to wait. I bet we are negative by then as well. Just our luck. Thanks a lot for your help mate. Absolute legend.

thanks mate that's we wanted to hear. We are hearing horror stories of Thailand not accepting the NHS recovery pass. And other stories of testing positive with recovery code and still being sent to thai hospital for isolation and being charged a small fortune. We get that our insurance will cover the costs but obviously not ideal. Did you enter using the Sandbox programme?
