Next customer@ which sounds fine but proves to be to the customer complaints unit. I want detail information, not available online about excess baggage. Thai are actually quite good on this, in fact offering pre-purchase and that even online. Loads of facts and figures. But then there's 5kg bulking-up............................. So far, so much for my making a booking. Another airline that effectively excludes pre-booking informational requests? And certainly by e-mail? Don't even start me on another major airline's chat feature! If ICT say this will cover 85% of queries, the other way of putting it is that 15% of queries go unanswered!
