 just to clarify....I will present a financial document upon applying for the Non O and when applying for the extension three months hence provide a new (second) financial document. Correct?

Secondarily when you provide the proof of income document from your consulate initially can you use the same document for proof at the renewal or do you have to return with a fresh statement?
