How many photos will I need? Plus how many copies of which passport items?

I am applying in Sisaket and presume they will provide me with the application form, am I correct?

Thanks.....US passport and using the embassy letter for income verification.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a 90-day Non-O visa based on retirement in Thailand, you will need: 2 passport photos, 2 copies of all relevant passport pages and visa forms, and documentation proving your income or bank balance. The application form will be provided by the Immigration Office in Sisaket. Be aware that the fee for the visa is 2,000 Baht.

I can answer my own question now and can share the results at least for the Sisaket office.

They wanted 2 photos and 2 copies of all the relevant passport pages and visa forms......2 of everything.

The curious thing is you do NOT fill out a specific request form, think it's aT 7. You sign your name to a great many stamped pages.

The fee they collected was 2,000 baht. I was under the impression it should be 1,900 but they gave me a very straightforward receipt which my Thai friend says appears entirely proper.

ALL 90 day Non-Immigrant type visas issued inside the country are 2000baht, it's the yearly extension that's 1900baht.

It says so on the TM.87 or TM.86 application form (the difference in the forms is if you're applying from a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp <-where you're applying for a VISA and if you're applying off a tourist visa stamp <-where you apply to change the status of your visa)

Sorry, but for the application of the Non Immigrant O visa the money does not have to be seasoned in the bank. You will get this visa with 90 days of stay and after 60 days you can apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay and than the same documents are needed but the money need to be seasoned in the bank as mentioned.
