As any student at Duke Language School, they hate going to immigration every few months. It is a waste of a day. I swear I have made like 6 trips total to CW and it is the literally the worst place in Thailand.

So I went to the same journey that you will most likely go through 2 years ago. Did the 1 year ed visa, best thing ever, because the Thai girls love my Thai now. Now I am on dtv. But you have to be careful. Once you live here then you can never move back. The east is where the action is right now. Also, I am stupid so I spend about 5k usd a month living here. You can get away with 2k a month but it is not the same. If you don't have over half a mil usd saved up then I recommend you work a few more years. Message me if you have any questions.

here is the truth. If she wants to buy a place in her hometown then it is fine. But avoid the condos in Bangkok and Pattaya. Too many people launder money out of China and Myanmar and use it to buy those condos. They are worthless and the prices will crash.

You will need a letter from your school and cancel your ed visa. I assume you got a few ed extension. You better do it immediately. Oh you better ask them if you have to fly out of the country and fly back in.

Just give the bill to your Thai gf. Have her pay it for you. But it will cost you more. You can just also pay the juristic office lady in cash and have her scan her personal account for you. Just do some sweet talking to convince her handsome man.
