6 months bank statement is it not a new thing, payslip also, but a proof that you are qualified for the role ? This is a bit weird, if you are the owner of the company they also can ask you all of these ? 😧 Did you add a selfy or Id card/passport photo style? I will be there in a few days and I already started praying 😂

I followed the requirements on the HCM website, and I have included in the same PDF the "purpose of visiting Thailand", "portfolio", "I gave myself permission to work remotely 😂", "Statement of the organizer" where they can see my name etc... and just in case, the EIN letter, I am a little worry because I am Spanish and I have two surnames and a middle name, but the US did not add my middle name to these documents, could be an issue 🤔?

What about the flight tickets? Do I need to book a return ticket, or can it just be one-way? I’m unsure when the visa will be approved and when I’ll be able to return to Thailand. 🙂 (I go HCM)

I have the same situation, I will go to Vietnam HCM in a few days, in my case I will merge in the same pdf the docs Fromm the LLC formation in the LLC (I don't remember the name of the doc) , and maybe some contracts with other companies, letter saying that I can work remotely, a cover about my motivations to be in Thailand, letter, and what else ? 😂

How you know that if they denied in immigration you extension, they won't write something in your passport to invalidate your DTV? No one knows yet.

Thanks for sharing, but if I have a doubt. Imagine you wanna extend in Thailand and not by border bounce, what happens if the last day of your DTV they denied your extension? (for any reason ) can you just do a border bounce? Or you lost the DTV ? 🤔
